Group Functions & Meetings

Let us help implement your plans for every special occasion.  Amado Territory Inn is the perfect place to make it happen. We can facilitate just about any event you can imagine. Our grounds have beautiful areas for small, intimate gatherings, and larger areas for events as large as flea markets and craft fairs. We also have ample parking and electricity available.

Indoor event facilities can accommodate up to 200 guests and we have a variety of rooms available so you can choose the perfect location for your special event.

We have onsite catering available or use our facilities for off-site catering options.

In addition to Weddings, we host: Corporate Retreats and Meetings, Ladies Luncheons serving Chicken Strawberry Salad or Chicken Salad with a Croissant, Quilting and Needlepoint Retreats, Scrap Booking Retreats, Fashion Shows, Association and Club Meetings, Culinary Classes, Car Shows, Craft Fairs, Quinceaneras, family parties and reunions.

Our Venues

We offer wonderful and affordable venues for your special event. The total cost of your event can only be finally determined after the size, scope and amenities have been decided. Below is pricing for the use of one of our picturesque venues.

THE OASIS: The flagship of our event facilities, The Oasis is an outdoor event center with a wonderful view of Elephant Head and the Santa Rita Mountains. It features outdoor dining facilities, a stage and dance floor, and comfortably seats up to 200 people. Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, private parties, art retreats and shows, chili cook-offs, dinner parties, reunions and more.

150 guests, starting at $800.00

THE ATRIUM: Located in the Amado Inn, this spacious and beautiful room overlooks the Cactus Garden and the Santa Rita Mountains. It can comfortably seat up to 40 people and is perfect for smaller receptions, special interest gatherings and meetings including quilting groups, needlepoint groups, scrap-booking retreats, ladies luncheons, church retreats, corporate retreats, dinner parties, anniversary parties, art retreats, and more.

40 guests indoor / indoor-outdoor 100-125 guests, $250

THE EVENTS LAWN:  Located in the western portion of the Ranch, the Events Lawn is the perfect location for "Tent Weddings", art shows and craft fairs, holistic fairs and retreats, clean air art events, chili cook-offs, festivals and more. Amenities at the Events Lawn include an entertainment deck, great mountain views and plenty of nearby parking.

350+ guests, $300

The SERENITY POND: This is to inspire. A waterfall and rock elevated fountain are the centerpieces of this irresistible draw at the Ranch. Adjacent to the popular Amado Territory SteakHouse, with its spacious outdoor deck. A balance of floating plants, rocks, herbs, taro, primrose and wildlife has really enhanced this 20-year-old pond. Your wedding or event will be wonderfully memorable at Serenity Pond.

Other venues available on the ranch property are the Sonoran Center, the Serenity Deck, La Sombrilla, and the Placita Del Sol Auditorium:

The Sonoran Center: The center is a new venue  providing "rustic elegance" for indoor events such as weddings, seminars, anniversaries, private parties and more. This new venue is already being reserved for use in 2010.

SERENITY DECK:  A relaxing natural wood deck overlooking Serenity Pond. Surrounded by trees, birds and nature, this is sure to be your favorite spot to enjoy a lunch or dinner. As part of the Amado Territory SteakHouse, the Serenity Deck offers beautiful mountain views and comfortable solitude all year ‘round.

LA SOMBRILLA: La Sombrilla is an unique venue featuring outdoor delight with a large shade structure providing a romantic mood and atmosphere. Located adjacent to Kristofer's Bistro & Catering, this oval shaped grass covered area is perfect for musical events, company picnics and other casual functions.

PLACITA DEL SOL AUDITORIUM:

The auditorium at Placita del Sol building is perfect for an indoor wedding as well as seminars, business meetings, dinner theaters, musical productions, and private parties.  The auditorium is newly remodeled and decorated in desert colors.  It features a great sound system and lighting.
