Ranchero Enchilada Casserole

3 (10.75 ounce) cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
(Regular or 98% Fat Free)

1-1/2 cups water

1 tablespoon chili powder

1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

3 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies

3/4 cup rinsed, drained canned black beans

1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon tomato paste

1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper

6 cups cubed cooked chicken

12 (8 inch) flour or corn tortillas, cut into strips

1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

 

Stir the soup, water, chili powder, garlic powder, chiles, beans, tomato paste, red pepper, chicken and tortillas in a large bowl.

Spoon the chicken mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with the cheese. Cover the baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
